علكات كرياتين خالية من السكر من جولي نيوترشن | الوحدة = علبة من 48

Honestly I was skeptical about gummies vs powder but these are way easier to get down, and the zero sugar part means no weird aftertaste. Took them about 20 minutes before my workout and felt the 3g per serving kick in without any stomach issues. The 48-count case is a solid value for daily use.

Three grams of creatine per gummy is perfect for someone like me who can't swallow pills, and the zero sugar actually tastes good. I've been taking two after my workouts for a month now and I'm already noticing better endurance during my last few reps.

I was skeptical about gummy supplements, but these dissolve quickly and actually make it easy to hit my daily creatine goal without mixing powder. The zero sugar is a huge plus for me, and the added B-vitamins are a nice bonus I wasn't expecting.
