Goli Nutrition 睡眠軟糖 | 單位 = 48入箱裝 (TF)

I’ve been reaching for these gummies about an hour before bed and the melatonin dose hits just right—I’m actually staying asleep through the night now. The lemon balm gives them a mild, herby taste that I’ve grown to like, and the case of 48 means I won’t run out for a while.

The lemon balm and magnesium combo finally knocked me out within 30 minutes, and I actually stayed asleep past 6 a.m. for the first time in weeks. The gummies taste sweet but not cloying, which makes the nightly ritual something I don't dread.

I’ve been taking one of these about half an hour before winding down, and the lemon balm and magnesium combo really takes the edge off my racing thoughts. The gummies taste surprisingly pleasant, not overly sweet, and I’ve been sleeping through the night without waking up groggy.
