Goli Nutrition 抹茶思維軟糖 | 單位 = 24入箱裝 (TF)

I was skeptical about gummies for focus, but the Cognizin really does seem to make a difference in my afternoon slump. I’ve been taking one each morning and it’s become a steady part of my routine, and the matcha flavor is surprisingly pleasant without being too sweet.

These are the first supplements that actually make a difference in my afternoon focus. The Cognizin really helps me power through my work without that jittery feeling I get from coffee. The matcha flavor is subtle and the texture isn't chalky at all.

I’ve been taking these for three weeks now and the focus boost is real—I notice it about 30 minutes after eating one, and it lasts through my whole work shift. The texture is a bit chewy, but the matcha taste isn’t overpowering, which I appreciate.
