Goli Nutrition 抹茶思維軟糖 | 單位 = 每箱24包

Swapped my afternoon coffee for two of these and the Cognizin actually keeps me dialed in without that jittery crash. Each gummy has a pleasant matcha taste that isn't overly sweet, and the 24-count case is perfect for keeping my desk drawer stocked.

I’ve been taking these after lunch instead of my second coffee, and the focus boost from the Cognizin is noticeable without any jitters. The matcha flavor is subtle and not too sweet, which I appreciate. The case of 24 lasts me a solid month, so it’s become a steady part of my routine.

The Cognizin really does seem to make a difference—I’ve noticed I can stay locked into work for hours without that usual mid-afternoon fog. The matcha gives them a nice, subtle energy boost that’s smoothed out, no jittery crash like coffee.
