Goli Nutrition 強效助眠軟糖 | 單位 = 24入箱裝 (TF)

Two gummies before bed and I'm out like a light within twenty minutes, the lemon balm flavor is actually pleasant and not too sweet. Waking up feels way less groggy than with my old sleep aids, and the 10mg dose is strong enough that I don't need to double up.

The 10mg melatonin per serving hits hard—I'm out cold within 20 minutes, and the lemon balm gives it a calming edge that plain melatonin never did. Waking up feels way less groggy than I expected from a case of 24.

I’ve been taking these about 30 minutes before bed and the 10mg of melatonin actually knocks me out within the hour. The gummies have a nice soft chew and the lemon balm taste is subtle, not overpowering. Waking up feels way less groggy than with other sleep aids I’ve tried.
