Goli Nutrition 南非醉茄軟糖 | 單位 = 每箱24包

I've been taking these after dinner for about three weeks now, and I'm sleeping deeper and waking up less groggy than I have in months. The fact that they come as gummies makes it ridiculously easy to remember my daily dose, and the case of 24 means I'm stocked up for a good while.

The gummies have a pleasant texture and don’t leave that weird aftertaste most supplements do, which makes taking them daily feel less like a chore. I’ve noticed I'm noticeably calmer by mid-afternoon, and the case of 24 lasts a good while.

Three weeks in and my morning meetings feel way less chaotic—the adaptogen blend in these gummies is doing exactly what it should. The texture is pleasantly chewy, not sticky like some supplements I've tried, and the case of 24 means I never run out mid-month.
