Goli 夢幻睡眠軟糖 - 含褪黑激素、維生素D、鎂、檸檬香蜂草萃取物，無明膠、無麩質、純素及非基因改造

Melatonin plus magnesium in one gummy means I don't need to juggle two bottles before bed, and the lemon balm makes the taste genuinely pleasant rather than medicinal. I've been sleeping through the night without that groggy morning haze for the first time in months.

I've tried magnesium before but never in gummy form, and these actually taste good enough that I look forward to them before bed. The lemon balm and melatonin combo seems to quiet my racing thoughts, and I've been waking up less groggy than with pills.

The lemon balm in these gummies is the standout for me—it genuinely takes the edge off my racing thoughts before bed. I also appreciate that they’re gelatin-free, since I’ve been trying to stick to vegan options. Woke up feeling refreshed instead of groggy for the first time in weeks.
