エクストラストレングス睡眠グミ 1ボトル

I’ve been waking up feeling actually rested for the first time in months, and the lemon balm gives it a calming edge that the plain melatonin I used before never had. The 10mg dose is strong enough that I’m out within twenty minutes, but I do wish the jar came with a few more gummies for the price.

The 10mg melatonin hits just right—I’ve been sleeping through the night without waking up groggy, and the lemon balm taste is pleasantly mellow, not overly sweet. Vitamin D in the mix is a nice bonus I didn’t expect.

Fell asleep within twenty minutes of taking one, which never happens for me. The 10mg melatonin dose is exactly what I needed, and the lemon balm makes them taste better than most gummies I've tried.
