علكات النوم من جولي نيوترشن | الوحدة = علبة من 48

I was skeptical about gummy supplements, but these actually knock me out within 20 minutes. The melatonin dose feels just right without the groggy hangover the next morning, and the texture is pleasantly chewy.

The lemon balm and magnesium combo really takes the edge off my racing thoughts at night—I’m out within twenty minutes of chewing two. These are so much tastier than the chalky pills I used to choke down, and the case of 48 means I’m set for nearly two months.

I've been waking up feeling actually rested instead of groggy, which hasn't happened in months. The lemon balm and magnesium combo seems to calm my racing mind within half an hour, and the gummies taste pleasant enough that I look forward to them each night.
