I’ve been taking one after dinner every night for a couple weeks now, and the B12 in them seems to give me a steady energy boost without any jitters. The texture is pleasantly chewy, not too sticky, and the apple cider taste is mellow enough that I actually look forward to it.

These were a sweet tart-ish treat that fit right into my morning routine, and the two free bottles honestly felt like a steal. The gummies are way softer than I expected, which makes them easy to chew. I've been taking one after lunch and noticed I feel less sluggish by mid-afternoon.

The vitamins B9 and B12 in these gummies are a nice bonus, and the texture is chewy without being sticky. I've been taking them for three weeks now and they fit easily into my morning routine.
